STILL SMILING Sitting on the Window Ledge Darkness fals and I feel so fine autumn leaves on the street outside Promises of this Winter And their Colours are telling me Stories of a sunny summer mem`ries ‚re rising with a smile it takes me back to yesterday Joking Clowns and Sunshine everywhere those funny faces sand in my Eyes, sand on skin it smells of dreamy islands where the sunshine kisses the sea once a time the presence of past out of a crest: salty drops stroking wings of phantasy Riding on a silver horse followed by the setting sun looking back to golden days I get aware: I`m smiling Summer`s call is fading now silent way lead to the fall withered tick caught in bare trees makes me fell that I`m smiling (1983)
