Suche nach Sinn

Für mich ist es relativ anmaßend, wenn sich der Mensch absolut setzt und behauptet, dass Gott nicht existiere (auch wenn das heutzutage Mode zu sein scheint). Wie weit wohl sein Erkenntnisvermögen reicht? Bis an die Grenze der Unendlichkeit? Gibt es Begriffe, die darüber hinaus gehen, in den Bereich der Ahnung, des Glaubens oder den der spirituellen Erfahrung? Möglicherweise gibt es ja etwas, was über dieses menschliche Erkenntnisvermögen hinausreicht? Gott? Ob man da solche im Mittelalter geprägte Bilder in sich hat wie der alte Mann mit dem Bart? Andere Dimensionen, andere Welten. Sogar populäre Medien wie der Fim („Matrix“) haben sich damit auseinandergesetzt. Und was wohl der demnächst gefeierte Philosoph Immanuel Kant vor 300 Jahren dazu gesagt hat?: „Zwei Dinge erfüllen das Gemüt mit immer neuer und zunehmender Bewunderung und Ehrfurcht, je öfter und anhaltender sich das Denken damit beschäftigt: der bestirnte Himmel über mir und das moralische Gesetz in mir“. Ehrfurcht? Kein besonders modischer Begriff. Kant ging dem nicht mit den Mitteln der „Theoretischen Vernunft“ nach, sondern ordnete es unter „praktischer Vernunft“ ein. Wer seine Existenz als sinnvoll begreifen will, kommt um solche spirituellen Spekulation nicht herum. Sinnlose Existenz, ob das eine Alternative ist, die spätestens der Existenzialismus bereit gestellt hat? Irgendetwas in uns bohrt immer weiter und will sich seinen Horizont in Richtung auf „Sinn“ erweitern. X x For me, it is relatively presumptuous for people to make absolute statements and claim that God does not exist (even though that seems to be fashionable these days). How far does his cognitive ability extend? To the limit of infinity? Are there concepts that go beyond this, into the area of hunch, belief or spiritual experience? Maybe there is something that goes beyond this human cognitive ability? God? Do you have such medieval images in your mind like the old man with the beard? Other dimensions, other worlds. Even popular media like the film (“Matrix”) have dealt with it. And what the soon-to-be-celebrated philosopher Immanuel Kant said about this 300 years ago?: “Two things fill the mind with ever new and increasing admiration and awe, the more often and more persistently one's thinking deals with them: the starry sky above me and the moral one Law in me”. Awe? Not a particularly fashionable term. Kant did not pursue this with the means of “theoretical reason,” but classified it under “practical reason.” Anyone who wants to understand their existence as meaningful cannot avoid such spiritual speculation. Meaningless existence, is that an alternative that existentialism has provided at the latest? Something in us keeps digging and wants to expand its horizons towards “meaning”.
